Old Tahs get first win of the season

After losing their round one T20 Masters clash vs. Merewether, our old fellas got on the board in round two with a strong display against Charlestown last night. Particularly pleasing was the return of some old favourites, with names like Dane Mason, Brendan Trummel and Murray Christie pulling on Waratah colours in rare appearances.

Bowling first, we rolled Charlestown for 87 with Adam Lowe (4/16) and Matthew Campbell (2/7) doing most of the damage. The chase took 16 overs, with Trummel (39) and Mason (27) the top scorers as we reached the score 5 down.
