The Newcastle Herald put out an article this morning to highlight the longevity of Steve Christie as he and his team prepare for this Saturday's 4th Grade Grand Final. But what they were unaware of was that Crunch will be equaling the club record of 533 games held by his good mate Ian "Reds" Liddell when he takes the field at Waratah no.1.

Well done Crunch, and best of luck to you and your team on the weekend.

Matches: 532* (WMDCC 2nd all-time)
Runs: 5879 (WMDCC 10th all-time)
Wickets: 1132 (WMDCC 1st all-time)
