DB Cup Title Defence Ends in Semi Finals

Our DB Cup's title defence and winning streak came to an end on Sunday against a youthful and skillful side from Merewether DCC. Looking for a 9th win in a row, our boys bowled well enough to restrict Merewether to 4/133 from their 20 overs, but ultimately were not good enough with the bat as they lost continual wickets to be dismissed for 78.

Skipper Jack Dundas (3-18 from 4) was our best on the day, and the boys will have to return their focus to Saturday cricket and turning around the form of 2nds and 3rds vs. Belmont this week.
